Wedding Planning
The couple entrusted the team of Best Day Ever by Deepika Shetty to bring their ideas to life. Talking about their experience, Founder Deepika shares, “We at Best Day Ever designed and planned every aspect of the wedding. Laki and I vibed from day 1 and became good friends in the process. She’s this wild child, a sunshine girl, always going around making everyone laugh. Her wish was to do a lot of DIY things and incorporate a lot of wildflowers. So from the centerpieces to the invites and even her veil, everything reflected her ideas.”
She adds, “We always focus on having fun and enjoying ourselves when planning a wedding, and that’s exactly what we did with this one as well. From fun food-tasting sessions put together for them to being a part of their dance practices and inside jokes, getting warm hugs from their elderly parents, and shaking a leg with them thereafter, it has been a blast”.
